Our cleaning packets come standard with a focus on disinfecting and sanitizing the homes, offices and facilities we clean. The initial appointment may include a deep cleaning of all surfaces to bring the property up to professional housekeeping standards, if needed.  This initial clean is generally more expensive than your  regular maintenance visits depending on the property size and condition.

You may also add our "A la Cart​e"  Air Purification  to any package for an additional $125.00 up to 2,000 sq ft.($50 each additional 50 sq ft)

Standard Cleaning includes:

• Dust all areas including baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans
  
• Clean, sanitize and disinfect all areas of bathroom and kitchen surfaces, fixtures, appliances and counter tops
• Clean floors and carpet using broom, mop and vacuum
• Clean  microwaves, mirrors, pictures and cabinet exteriors
• Dispose of  all trash

• Pest control via cleaning methods
• We also provide warehouse office cleaning services daily or as needed.
